This blissful premium full course includes eel liver with ponzu sauce, boiled eel, uzaku, umaki, smoked eel, bone crackers, grilled skewers, meatballs, unagi (white-grilled eel), shio-koji-yaki (grilled eel with salt), chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), the popular shabu-shabu, and even a half-size grilled eel rice bowl.
