In response to many customer requests, we have created a new course that features eel bowl as the main dish, rather than eel shabu-shabu.There are irregular holidays.When crowded, there is a two-hour limit.Reservation calls may not be answered outside business hours or on holidays.* Regardless of the content of the request, business days may become holidays due to the effects of the coronavirus.Please understand and acknowledge this before making your reservation.
Course menu
Two types of appetizers (e.g. eel and egg roll/turnip bath-boiled with soy milk white sauce and yuzu miso)
2 small dishes (boiled eel/smoked eel)
Eel Chawanmushi
Grilled eel rice bowl with liver soup

*I would like to change the unadon to clay pot rice with fresh ginger and eel.I want to eat shabu-shabu.If you have any requests for additional changes, please consult with our staff when making your reservation.
*If we are unable to procure eel from Aichi Prefecture for some reason, we may use eel from Shizuoka Prefecture.Please note.
